Many of Don Perdue’s non-bronze castings were created by the artist in his own studio where he made his own molds and did his own casting using a variety of cold-cast synthetic stone compounds.
Oracle II can be considered a maquette for a potentially much larger piece, yet stands on its own. Additional castings of Reclining Figure IIIc exist, several of which are being finished in color.
By nature, any of these pieces can be reproduced as a series of castings at any point.
